SCOPE: This Team Lead has proven themselves in residential Real Estate and is now ready to showcase their expertise by building a team of their own here at Smart City. The Team Lead will be involved in identifying and promoting top producing Smart City Apartment Locators to Residential Real Estate Agents and be responsible for training all aspects of the end-to-end home buying and selling experience.

The most difficult part of building a real estate team is recruiting good agents, and on top of that, making sure those agents have leads. Here at Smart City, we have top producing apartment locating agents that are ready to grow with their clientele, they just need to learn the ropes. We have seen a HIGH correlation of strong apartment locators becoming strong residential realtors, and their past leases will eventually turn into home sales. So we not only have a source for incredibly talented agents, we also have leads to help jump start their career. The missing component is you, a strong team lead to show our agents the way of residential real estate.

Essential Functions

  • Team Lead:
    • Hire, train, coach and support your team of Smart City Real Estate Agents with their Real Estate transactions
    • Help build and grow an already well established brand
    • Set revenue goals for your team and inspire them to exceed expectations
    • Establish a positive reputation with other Real Estate groups that engage with Smart City Real Estate Agents in Real Estate transactions
    • Embody, believe, and live Smart City’s Core Values
    • Earn commission on your team’s transactions
  • Real Estate Agent:
    • Manage client relationships throughout entire transaction of buying a home or listing and selling a home
    • Engage with potential clients to introduce them to Smart City Realty
    • Manage a sales pipeline through the Smart City CRM
    • Uphold the 6 Real Estate fiduciary duties to your clients including: Accounting, Care, Confidentiality, Disclosure, Loyalty and Obedience
    • Curate a hyper-personalized list of homes through MLS for each client

Qualifications

  • Licensed Real Estate Agent
  • $8M+ in closed volume in 2023 OR $24M+ in all-time closed volume
  • Austin neighborhood experience with expertise of identifying of comps, coming soon availability, and fair market values
  • Negotiation expertise with proven success in multiple offer situations
